Plough should pump the senior players out of the joint. I said it a long time back in here ... either he will get rid of them or they will get rid of him. Ploughs time is running out...Id suggest he asks 6 or 7 of his supposed senior players to pack there bags and pee off before he gets shown the door.

And hopefully Jacko the new coach sacks those senior players when he gets there - if we do get a change in coach that is.

Meyer and Shultz way may be able to trade for.

The rest should be just booted.

Well Ramps it has been discussed on this forum before but if Terry is not prepared to make the harsh and real decisions on these mug players mentioned then he deserves all he gets.
Me thinks he would be happy for a pay out either way. He is not quitting regardless of the so called media exposure that may be over his head. I feel TW is lapping all of this up. A new coach won't help either as it will keep alot of those crap players on the list for another year.

this is what richmond need to do

1/ get rid of terry
2/ the assistant coaches and miller
3/ get rid of every player over 25 except brown amd simmonds
   - yes richo sugar joel tuck tiv  etc

4/ trade raines and newman

5/ get chris bond to coach us with sheedy on board with some capacity

* our senior players are all lazy fu cks! ppl who think richo works hard! bs, only when it suits him, never once did i see him chance or be accountable for scarlet when scarlet decided to go cross country running!  richo is in love with leading to the boundary and the wrong spots , he has an iq of 0, is a total dumb arse

joel bowden , lazy, does not execute the ball with anu desire to hit a target, set up poor tambling a few times today

sugar! shoot him, put him out of his misery

tuck, no point in getting the ball if u cant use it

raines , fo, hopeless, gees he is pathetic

tiv, ok, 2 goals , concussion, but still it was his job to get those goals cos delevery to him was perfect, but he is sh it and has nop place in our future

now, when u see tambling work so fricken hard today and not have skillful players get the ball to him properly its just effed1 sure he made a mistake here and there , but so what

now the positive

king was pretty good again today!

mguanegave nablett and bath

thurtsy can hold his head up

edwards ! watch out 4 him , as soon as he develops

connors , gonna be a gun! has balls grunt and skill unlike our senior players

foley, best and fairest, only mid with grunt and passion

deledio, much better effort than his last game v geelong, like tambling, worked hard 4 no reward, a few mistakes but so what! 1st game back from injury and wa spretty good

TERRY WALLACE CANNOT COACH! NO IFS, NO  BUTS, NO MAYBES!

WE STILL DONT HAVE A FUNCTIONING FWD LINE, WE STILL OVERUSE THE HANDBALL AND PUT PLAYERS UNDER TEH PUMP, WE STILL HAVE NO GAME PLAN, WE STILL HAVE NO LEADERS NOR DIRECTION, SKILL LEVEL IS NOT IMPROVING

TERRY WALLACE, TAKE A HIKE! ONLY ONE PERSON IN AUSTRALIAN TRUEL BELIEVES IN YOU! NOT UR KIDS, NOT UR WIFE, NOT UR BRO OR SIS, NOT UR MOTHER OR FATHER, JUST YOU! U ARE A SAD CASE TERRY!

either he will get rid of them or they will get rid of him.[/b] Ploughs time is running out
With past coaches it's been the latter and allows the players off scot free. Some want to do the same again.

Why not just swap the Coburg team with the Richmond team next week and see how things pan out it couldn't get worse could it.
