weavers PD are always a good read. Weaver's seal of approval on Cotchin makes me want him even more

Based on Weavers effort, we should consider taking 2 mids, a Cotchin-Dangerfield double might not be so bad for us if we cant get a decent tall at 18.

62. Kangaroos – Wes Lammie
sounds like the type the WCE and Dockers have hidden away in the past.
Yep like they did with Cox and Sandilands.

We won't be using our 4th draft pick so if Lammie's kicking skills are half decent for a ruckman then maybe our first rookie selection?

Pfeiffer???

Richards???

So what does that mean for the PSD?

Burgan really must not rate this draft if we take both of them befor the PSD.

Matt Burgan is going to be on SEN after 4pm.

Yep the site will go into meltdown if the draft went like that. Two recycled players out of just 4 picks  :P. I thought we were gong to pass on our 4th pick anyway. I hope Burgan has only the first pick right. I know Collier has his fans but I'm always wary of kids who play 2nd division and who were overlooked in the draft the year before. He does fill our defensive height need though.

not saying this is the case, but what if

a recycled player is better than a draft kid. whats the point  of picking up a kid if say "they" know 100% the recycled young player is much better

shouldnt we pick the best available player?

just food 4 thought

IMHO pfeiffer would be better than any other draftee at 51 based on talent, although my preference would still to rookie him and possibly take collard in the PSD

under the burgatron draft scenario we could pick up

cotchin - midfield
gourdis - forward
putt & - ruckman
mcginnity - midfielder

i think that would be a better result.
