Do you think the RFC is now trying to hide some Coburg boys? No Silvester, Neville spbehindly used, Gazzo in the ressies and Farrelly was unsighted today.

i was thinking the exact same thing mt

Highly unlikely.

Coburg have a premiership to try and win.

Collo would tell them to go and get ........

Was a warm day yesterday so rotations would have been up.

Collo had already agreed to play with a 3 man bench yesterday. Of course Jackson will be very useful to him in the finals.

Sylvestor defintely injured yesterday

Neville copped a heavy hit early in the game.

Gazzo played in the ressies the week before

agreed that witha a possible premiership on the line, Collins won't be hiding his gun VFL players regardless of how interested we are in them

Would love to drft Neville, even if it is on to our senior list
Gazzo i like how he moves and his finishing skills but a bit too small for my liking
Sylvester not bsolutey convinced but would throw a rookie spot at him
Anderson must be rookied by us at least, is AFL standard IMO
Horne is another I like

Thanks WP. Hopefully Sylvester's injury isn't too bad and he's back for the finals. Riddle and Morton proved handy replacements in defence yesterday mind you.

On the VFL hour tonight on SEN they repeated that there are many clubs sniffing around Silvester  :-\.

They must be reading OER as they also brought up the idea of AFL Clubs getting first crack at drafting players from their affiliate club. Finey suggested it be open to all clubs to draft them in the National draft but if no club wants the player then the affiliate's AFL club gets first choice to rookie them.

The guy on the VFL show stated the obvious and said Neville and Sylvester will be potential rookies. I can't see them lasting past the National draft especially Sylvester. They said the AFL probably won't bring in an affiliate drafting rule as the interstate clubs would complain and want first choice from their domestic comps.

Watching the VFL finals so far I'd rather we pick up Silvester over Neville if it came down to a choice between the two. Not sure if Neville's skill level is good enough for an AFL midfield.

Agree, the pressure of finals has really exposed Neville's disposal quality imo.  :-\

I thought he did alright for his first game back straight into a semi-final. Silvester would be for the 3-4 gorilla full-forwards still left in the game. A better option than wasting Joel to stand a Lynch. It shouldn't mean we don't draft a young KP defender too. Strong lists have back-up.

Well both Neville and Silvester (after quarter time) put their hands up today to be picked up. Next week against the tall Geelong forwards will be Silvester's biggest test.

sylvester was an absolute rock of solidity down back after quarter time. Ideal rookie-list candidate IMO
