sylvester was an absolute rock of solidity down back after quarter time. Ideal rookie-list candidate IMO
If he holds Hawkins quiet next week those other clubs will also want him  :-\.

Is it unlikely that he will be drafted in the National Draft?

If so then we will have first pick in the rookie draft also.

I do know that Wallace told him mid season that he would be drafted, will be interesting.

It's a risk leaving him to the rookie draft as he needs to slip through both the National and Preseason drafts. Other clubs know we're interested in him so they'd also know if they leave Silvester to the rookie draft they won't get him.

To be honest I doubt that he would last to the rookie draft

Seeing there are so many other clubs who are in need of ready made defenders

He (Andy Collins) has cultivated midfielder Alister Neville and defender Jarrod Silvester, calling on AFL clubs to rookie list them next season.

You wouldn't pick up any Coburg player based on today.

gazzo tried hard but seriously, neville and sylvester should not be considered. better kids around  than them to rookie. they are old and chokers

They were poor on the weekend but they aren't old. Around 22 y.o.

i know they ar enot "old" but too old to rookie. better try our luck with more promising kids . kingy was an older rookie but he dosnt give up or choke,. gazzo or caruso bros are better options to rookie

Sylvestor like most of the Coburg players didn't have a great day (although I thought Ronaldson was very good)

One game is not going to decide if he gets drafted. One would hope that recruiters (whether that's RFC or any other club) would judge him on his entire year  ::)

gazzo is one smart cookie isn't he, shame he is so damn tiny.

favourite moment of play from him was when he was running forward, immediately stopped and popper a lovely past to logan hill. showed great awareness and skill

Do people think we'll still draft a Coburg player like Sylvester or Neville in the National Draft or will we wait until the rookie draft?

dont think either of them are good enough for afl level

pass on both

the caruso boys and gazzo are much better players than sylvester and neville
