Everytime I think of Knighter as a coach I think of him being too restrictive on the players.  Would Jack and Connors turn into emotionless players by instruction???

oh for gods sake give me a break.

What exactly has knights done to earn the coburg job.

He failed at port adelaide and got sacked, and now he has failed at bendigo.

We need a winner, and knighter isnt one, and never has been, and never will be.

Matthew Knights is a champion ... in our Team of the Century ... hardly any team success when he was playing !!!

AMEN!   :clapping   Some common sense behind the "ooo lets get a champion back."

Chris Bond is a winner but past VFL coaching now which is a pity.  I dont have faith in Knights.

Has Collins gone 100%?

Would be very disappointing.

After his efforts this year he should be offered Royal's position.

Agree - Collo deserves an AFL gig at Richmond with direct responsibility to Craig McRae for player development.

This is the deal that Richmond should make happen rather than chase Judd.

Knighter is still in the running for the Essendon job:

The Bombers sticking to what they know - a Tiger coaching them. You've got to wonder whether the Judd shanannagins has forced the Dons hand to secure a coach quickly.

oh dear

loved knighter as a player, loved him.

DOnt think he has the appropriate coaching credentials however

I think Essendon must have realised that they are rooted!
