A rumour doing the rounds on SEN is that Chris Judd's girlfriend Rebecca Twigley has enrolled at Melbourne Uni next year in a 4 yr course.

My guess is that would be a full-fee paying course, where the entrance standards are lower.

Are Carlton trying to cheat around the salary cap again. A $5 million uni course for 4 years.

The full fee paying courses are quite extravagant for ordinary families, $30,000 a year on average; Ms Brownlow might have got into medicine though if the money is there, which costs a bit more...

Adelaide has pick 10 which may still be too late a pick to pick up say a Rance. To upgrade one of pick 18 or 19 we'll probably have to offer say Schulz + pick 19 for Meesen + pick 10  :-\ if we trade with the Crows.

Craig said it was useless picking up youngsters and not be sure if they would be good enough for the AFL.
That is why I think three or four picks at the most is enough from the PSD.

They are an unknown quantity at AFL level!

According to Huddo on SEN, Judd is more likely than not to come home.

It's either ....
Mitch Morton
or Cale Morton
or Chris Judd
or another disgruntled Docker KPP who Freo has stuffed up conditioning-wise

Carlton might have what West Coast want, but does Judd want to play for the Blues??

Yes I do depending upon the position you finish on the ladder.
Last year we finished ninth and took 3. This year with the xtra picks possibly four under the circumstances.

There is no value in judging young players ability without a fair trial at AFL level some take  to come good as in the case of Pettifer,Jackson and now Moore showing promise.

We train the likes of Fiora & Rodan, get rid of them and then they come back to bite you on the bumm.

The 2005 draft picks are an example of why I agree with what Craig thinks in that regard
