Adelaide has pick 10 which may still be too late a pick to pick up say a Rance. To upgrade one of pick 18 or 19 we'll probably have to offer say Schulz + pick 19 for Meesen + pick 10 if we trade with the Crows.
Craig said it was useless picking up youngsters and not be sure if they would be good enough for the AFL.
That is why I think three or four picks at the most is enough from the PSD.

Yes I do depending upon the position you finish on the ladder.
Last year we finished ninth and took 3. This year with the xtra picks possibly four under the circumstances.
There is no value in judging young players ability without a fair trial at AFL level some take to come good as in the case of Pettifer,Jackson and now Moore showing promise.
We train the likes of Fiora & Rodan, get rid of them and then they come back to bite you on the bumm.
The 2005 draft picks are an example of why I agree with what Craig thinks in that regard
