and richmond remain "active"

we better draft well this yr

with what lol...we are gonna give away 2nd rounders for morton maybe mcmahon and god knows what else.

hey ramps, no offence , but what p[art of draft well didnt you understand?

i never said we better trade well

i said we better "draft " well, as in pick the right kids and be smart in the national draft

no offence either X but if a club gives away picks under 30 in trades this year in this draft its going to be mighty hard to draft well. I would have thought it goes hand in hand but maybe Im wrong on that.

we must not trade away draft picks full stop, we should trade players for better picks, or trade players for players.

we must keep our picks and draft good kids and make no mistakes on national draft day

but miller is out to destroy us

Some caller on SEN reckons another Eagle will end up at the Blues. Ox said is the 3rd letter of his surname "b" and the caller said yep. This would be Embley. Swann said today that despite getting Judd the Blues still have room in their salary cap to pick someone up in the PSD.

the weird thing was that Judd said he wanted to play in a side that would make the finals soon.

uhhhh, why did you going Carlton then?

Oh that's right Pratt has given you money to wipe your ass with  :chuck

Collingwood got Cameron Wood for pick 14. One thing Id say about them is that they know what they need and go out and do it. We could have made a play for him as well by offering 18 and seeing if Wood could get Brisbane to hand him over for that. Anyway, what can we say, we'll wait until tomorrow and see what the football department can do.

14 beats 18 any way you look at it. We were never in the hunt if Scumwood were willing to use that pick.

it hurts me to say that believe me but i just want one thing and one thing only from now on.

miller couldnt land whitnalls mrs in a dark alley let alone embley.

thats actually true, we have to admit that, but the initial mistake is Wood should have been taken back in 2004. Just disappointing that it seems we cant address some fundamental needs thats all.
