The Richmond Football Club is delighted to announce that Dick Smith has re-signed as a co-major partner for 2010.
The renewal will see the Tigers/Dick Smith partnership enter a third successive year.
“Dick Smith’s revitalised brand is a terrific fit with Richmond, and we are pleased they have extended their partnership of the club to include supporting our Northern Territory community initiatives,” said Richmond President Gary March.
“These educational programs are designed to empower schools and local communities to improve retention rates and combat truancy, and Dick Smith will play a vital role in supporting our efforts and we look forward to the continued growth of our partnership in 2010,” March said.
“We are very happy to be with Richmond for a third consecutive year, it’s been fantastic exposure for our new brand and we have enjoyed working with Richmond in supporting their community education programs in the Northern Territory,” said Dick Smith General Manager Debra Singh.
“We will be working with RFC over the next year to assist and support the continued good work they are doing with Indigenous schools and communities in the Northern Territory, whilst also supporting the football team in their endeavours for future success,” Ms Singh said.
“The AFL has a wonderful following across Australia and we have thoroughly enjoyed being a major partner of the Richmond Football Club,” she said.
