Absolutely agree with you on that. Keeping Rance must be the first priority then target some players who wont cost as much as Dangerfield.

Yeah he has his comical side but you need balance. Speaks wonderfully in the media and plays like Tarzan as the best defender in competition. Who wouldn't play their heart out with a leader like Rance.
