Could say game over already. Baltimore 21 - 6 up at half-time.

NFL has Beyonce while the AFL roles out an out of date Meatloaf   :wallywink

As for the 49ers, they are doing as well as Meatloaf did :P.
Fumble - Ravens touchdown
Intercept - Ravens touchdown
Longest kick return in NFL history - Ravens touchdown
 :P

SF back within 5 with a quarter to go although the Ravens have the ball and are in scoring range. If the 49ers can repeat that 3rd quarter they could still pinch this.

Back to just 2. 49ers didn't get the 2-point conversion to tie it up.

Baltimore wins it 34-31.

49ers had their chance on their last drive when they got to about 10 yards out but they couldn't get the touchdown. Crabtree was held back by the guernsey in the endzone but the refs let it go. Like in any footy when you're playing catch-up you need everything to go your way and to take all your chances which normally doesn't happen.

Damn forgot all about it! Work got in the way!  :banghead I'm a 49'ers bandwagonner from way back, even still have my new era fitted SF cap I bought about 20 years ago at Fishermans Wharf.
Is Jerry Rice still playing for the 49er's?   ;D

Baltimore deserved the win but the Niners didn't deserve to lose

Got the rough end of the stick from the refs for most of the game while the ravens got the rub, but it came down to Kaep not being able to get the touchdown from 3 seperate 1st and goal attempts

Forget the fumble and the interception, Niners outplayed them but couldn't convert in the red zone

That's QB inexperience - was screaming for them to throw Alex Smith in for a play just to mix it up at the death, might have got the TD to win it when they were 2nd and goal with 2 mins to go

Kudos to Flacco, he has a killer arm, deserved the MVP

At least that is the end of Ray Lewis

Bloody massive turnout at The Star, great party

OE showing once again he shouldn't comment on NFL  :shh

Bee-on-say was wonderful half time entertainment. From a geek perspective the active screen behind her was pretty cool also.  :thumbsup

Jesse Williams to the Seahawks  :clapping

Well done! Will suit their aggressive defence really well.

I wonder how his FIGJAM attitude will go down though. But their defence will be almost impenetrable with his addition. Could nearly pencil them in for the Superbowl now. Lots of depth on their Dline, probably why the Lions could tempt over Jason Jones.

Boss gave us the full long weekend so I got to watch the draft. I watched the top 15 or so just to see where the best blokes went. WTF at Detroit with Ansah at 5?! Sure needed to fill that DL spot since Avril (went to Seahawks lol) and stuff left, but surely better options than a feel good story out of Ghana who has only played like 9 games. Was really keen on  Milliner since we could go a quality corner despite his injuries.

So many tackles went high  :o

Can fit right in with Cam Chancellor. They have a monster defence right now and they may go one further in the NFC this coming season. They were unlucky to lose to SF 49's in the playoffs and after quarter time gave my Redskins a lesson in playoff defense. :thumbsup

Going 5th round may take some of the gloss off his sense of self worth

But I'll back his new teammates to beat the poo out of him

Tried watching it but it just takes so long between picks I got bored - except when Jets fans started booing their selections lmao

That's why I only watched the first 12 or so lol.  How restless did the Buffalo fans I think it was get when they traded down with the Rams  :lol

Tebow does it again.

Trying to think of any Aussie Rules draftee who like Tebow was a gun junior yet was written off by many experts/recruiters as far as playing at the pro level but comes in and is a major factor in his side making the finals in his debut season. The only one I can think of is Joel Selwood as some recruiters were concerned about his knees holding up in senior footy.

He got released by the Jets. I read a article that he could be going to play in the CFL.
