Connors played in the intra-club so he's fine.

First I've heard about Luke having a shoulder. I thought it was him still recovering from the OP he carried last year. Hopefully another goalpost didn't fall and land on him again lol.

5 days old but here's the latest injury list....

As of February 4th 2008:

Trent Cotchin      Foot
Luke McGuane    Shoulder
Angus Graham    Ankle
Danny Meyer       Hip
Daniel Connors     Calf

http://www.richmondfc.com.au/Season2007/InjuryList/tabid/9411/Default.aspx

no mention of how far away they are

That's as obvious they can be after the Nathan Brown (or Simmo) debacle last year.

Pretty sure it was one of those.  Was 2 weeks away for about 9 weeks.  ;D :rollin

McGuane is a little behind in his pre-season as he chose to play with Coburg in the finals last year which in turn put off his post season opp.

I believe he may be playing this weekend in Coburg's practise match which will be played on Saturday at Geelong as a curtain raiser for the NAB cup game down there.

Yes should be a good hit out for all the young Cubs - both RFC & CFC. :thumbsup

McGuane and Gus would be closer to 1 week especially McGuane who did most of the main training yesterday. The other 3 weren't sighted.

Provided Danny doesn't have a Razor-like 1-week hip injury that lasts all year.

From training today:

Rance - ankle done in the Coburg practice match. He said he'll be fine so I don't think it's too serious. Basically stood on the boundary and encouraged his teammates training then stuck his right foot in a bucket of ice water.

Edwards has a minor quad. Still trained fully today but iced up his thigh afterwards.

Thursty copped a minor cut to his leg in a marking contest with Richo so he should be okay.

Kingy hardly trained today but there wasn't anything noticably wrong.

Cotchin is still the only long-term injury according to the trainers.

Anything on Foley?  Word on BF is that he might have shin splints?

Trained fully for 2 1/2 hours today and finished first in every run - 200m, 400m. Sounds like someone over there is talking crap.

At the moment having a full squad minus one is one positive we can take out of preseason so far. Let's hope it stays that way by round 1.
