just making a point, tiv won th ebog medal and imo was not bog

but even if he was bog 10 weeks running at vfl, im with u, no way should he ever play for the rfc again. cotchin, connors, polo etc etc all should get a game over tiv, no matter how good he may appear at vfl

I've watched him a few times this year X and that's the first geniune GOOD game he's had. In others, he's done some good things, but way too many bad things as well. Yesterday was great because it was almost error free and he trusted his instincts when he had the ball.

Players like Tivs, such as Peverill for the Dons these days, need sensational games two weeks in a row for a sniff at promotion as the clubs have the kids in line first.

He'll play at the G next week but I doubt it will be at a 2:10 start.

Disagree strongly, Tiv is the most successful Rookie in RFC history (perhaps even AFL history apart from Robbo) so he should be given a late season game and a deserved send off as a playing club life member, particularly if finals are not on the agenda.

relaity i didn't realise that was a word u dyslectic tool.
hahahahaha

i repeat now this time read carefully. Tivendale does not deserve another game for the Richmond Football Club.
His time has passed. Look at the hawks and how they got rid of Nick Holland and J. Barker.

If we are to move forward it is without the services of this man.

Like i said nice guy i have met him before but nice guys are NOT going to win us games now are they.

I hope you understood all that, if not ill go slower..   :thumbsup

cotchin............well well well. didnt he make some of us cream ourselves with his disposal and clearance work. watching him stream out of the centre and fire bullet lace out passes to our forwards was something that was just orgasmic. this kid just does not stuff up. its going to be fun in a yr or 2 when its going to be the media saying how the blues stuffed up cos the cotch should have been no1 pick. the debate wont b/w tambling and buddy will be forgotten and it will be the cotch kruezer one !  mt called it all last yr, lets get the cotch to tigerland and i bet he is creaming more than me.   this kid IS going to be a star! AND IS READY FOR AFL NOW
LOL I'm controlling myself  ;D. What Cotch did was all class but he did 'only' get 15 disposals and he was held in the first half. IMO give Cotch another week at Coburg and then unleash him against the bombers and see how his current underdone fitness levels stack up in an AFL game.

On JON  - I still want to see him play well like that in a game with far more realistic pressure rather than black and white witches hats. The question marks on JON IMO are his footskills and decision making fall away badly under a bit of physical pressure. Saturday's game didn't test that for me.

but even if he was bog 10 weeks running at vfl, im with u, no way should he ever play for the rfc again. cotchin, connors, polo etc etc all should get a game over tiv, no matter how good he may appear at vfl
The sad reality for Tivs is that bold statement is probably not far from the truth, especially with the cubs also putting their hands up for promotion. The kids will get preference and in terms of the club's future rightly so. Credit to Tivs though for not sulking in the VFL and instead performing well each week.

OK EA sports, so you finally found a place to put your thumb (apart from your snotty nose).

Let me annunciate the context of the situation ...

A club has 44 players on list.

If a player of some 180 games and 10 years experience continues to set the standard in the feeder competition he becomes a learning resource ...

And if, in a sporting club environment, he continues to display that form and leadership throughout the season of some 20-odd games, then YES, he deserves some form of platitude for services rendered, particularly if warranted, selection in the 1st side to which he has rendered said service.

Agreed, the EA sports console actually takes effort to plug the thing in, rather than be an apologist verbatim to 'lil Jak.

His time has passed. Look at the hawks and how they got rid of Nick Holland and J. Barker.

John Barker played a farewell game - round 22, 2006.

Hawthorn wanted Nick Holland to play in 2005 because he was on $600,000 for the last year of his back-ended contract but he was injured.

Your examples don't support your point. In fact, they are contrary to it.

get ur hand off it

tiv the most successful rookie in afl, pigs bum, dont you remember he played most of those games in a team that was the worst in recent afl history, just as bad as teh pathetic st kilda teams of the past
the only, and i stress the only reason tiv played and was gifted GIFTED so many afl games was because he played for richmond. no where else he would have played so many games

now thursty and foley have only played a handful of games compared to tiv, and they are already to rookie listed players who are far greater than tivs

tiv does not deserve a farewell game, the day he is delisted the club should throw a party , not celebrating his career, but a party for getting rid of another piece of cancer, a tumor, that has been festering at the club for way too long

Tivs gunna get a call up this week just for you X  ;D if he played at another club he would have been trained better & would have been a better player withon a confident team, other clubs regard him as dangerous as he can kick goals from long range & finds the ball easy.

Go Tivvy  :lol :lol :lol  :thumbsup X is waiting to see your elusive skills  ;D
