When the heats on our senior players have continually failed. No one has the ability to lead at the front, to change the course of a game. Nick Stevens for the 2nd time in 2 years basically beat us on his own when it counted. Stevens at Carlton isnt even Captain, if he was at Richmond hed be so far infront of any other player in terms of leadership it wouldnt be funny. Richmond has got a severe leadership problem, thats the reality of it.
