Im not sure if one of you have mentioned it but Mcleod plays his bloody 300th this weekend against us.

WTF is going on. Why do we always fcukin cop it. Week after its Crawf's 300th and maybe even Buddy's 100th goal. Last weeks Scarlett's 200th.

starting to get really pis.sed of with these milestones

Over it

Macleod wants the club-suspended Johncock to play also.

Some good news though:

Matthew Richardson's jarred knee is not expected to keep him out of Sunday's clash against Adelaide. Troy Simmonds is expected to shrug off a knee complaint.

Crawford is on 299 and due to play this week so luckily we might dodge that one.

Adelaide's main forward ?(after Burton) Porplesia (sp?) could be out for the rest of the season and almost definately be out against us.  :thumbsup

Now we just have to pray that the weather is not wet or the Crows will turn this outing into an arm wrestle that will suit their negative style rather than the run and carry game we prefer.

There is hope  :pray

Big chance to win this game now with those two outs (Porp & Knights -rate him), but cant underestimate there 2nd tier players such as Shirley, Van Berlo, Massie etc.  Hopefully Cleve is right as although he doesnt always kick that many he fits our structure and is vital.
Ins this week :  Hughes, Polo (should never have been dropped)
Out Edwards & Jackson

My son lives over in Adelaide. He'll be going with his girlfriend and her parent all of whom are Crows supporters. So he bought his girlfriend a Tiger's scarf to wear as he'll be wearing his scarf and cap with the Tigers on it. But He has almost changed her over to the bright side.

fair dinkum if we cant push this broken mob over we are absolute pooh.

They're performed better this year to date than we have Monky and last week against quality opposition in Sydney they won without their two best forwards. They play a very scrappy, defensive style and with wet weather forcast this will suit their style nicely.

Richo and Simmo may come into the game with the same type of injury clouds as they had during the mid stages of the season which is a real worry. If Simmo can't jump or run out the game because of his knee then we will be killed around stoppages. Simmo's good health and form has been a major factor in our recent success. Similiarly Richo's injury began to be exploited during the Carlton game before he was rested for a few weeks and came back successfully last week. If either of these players are down we will certainly struggle.

We are definately no certainities and while a loss would not be a disgrace it would end out finals hopes.

It has been said before - this week is our Elimination Final come early.
