Almost hope the saints win today , just to put us out of our misery

Nah I reckon it would be great with the saints playing the Sunday twilight game next week and us just a few hours before them if we beat the dees and made them earn it.

Given how much doom and gloom has been cast upon us it would be a positive end to the season.

Our season is over  :(. The Saints have flogged the Crows who only kicked 3 goals after 1/4 time  ::).

That St Kilda loss has come back to bite us. 3 freaking points  :-X.

Winning 8 from our last 11 and 8.5 more than last year with a young side you'd think so :wallywink. Next year is the test for Plough.

Stuff Adelaide and Swans playing like dogs, and never giving us a chance.
Funny the two sides we have trouble with and against dud teams like Saints and Pies they're pathetic.

Look forward to seeing Alex Rance play this week.

Surely he must debut.

Insipid effort by the Crows today

As for the Swans I look forward to their plummet down the ladder in 2009 ;D

Its time for us REAL Tiger fans to get down to the VFL final series and support the Mighty Burgers. The final series was fantastic last year and should bring out the best in some of our young Tigers who haven't had a go at AFL level this year. Consider it as practice for the next few years of RICHMOND dominating the AFL final series.

An injured Whitey was great during the VFL finals last year and has really come on at AFL level this year.

Who will be the young Tiger who has a great VFL finals series this year and slays them in the AFL next year? Casserley, Rance, Conners, Edwards, Collins, etc. ?

Go you Mighty Burgers.

I reckon you could include Luke McGuane & Kel Moore in there as well.

Now that finals are out of the equation, I am hoping we see Rance, Meyer, Collins and even Cogs make an appearance. Surely we will at least see players such as Richo, Foley, Browny and anyone else who have any injury niggles being shelved for the year and some of our unplayed listed players given a chance.

Kel Moore most improved player on our list without a shadow of a doubt.
No one comes close in my book.

From where he was to have a year like he did. Fantastic!!

Hard to make the finals with just 3.5 wins from the first 11 games. We came home in the second half of the year like a train but it was too late.

The insipid showing against Adelaide cost us too. Like the Saints game a win would swap our positions. We weren't anywhere near good enough and were far too inconsistent when it counted when you look at the ladder. We lost to all 5 teams above us that have taken a spot in the top 8 we were in range of had we won those 8-point games throughout the year.

North - beaten easily
Pies - shocker
Crows - 1.5 shockers
Saints - lost a game we should have won
Swans - shocker

Out record against the 7 sides below us will be 10-1 if we beat the Dees again.
