I've not read a lot lately...what happened with Fabian DeLuca. I oticed he's not on that list.
Deluca and Cartledge were told thanks but no thanks and are both no longer training with us.
Ramps, I agree Cockshell would be a band-aid solution but that may indeed be the reason why we could pick him up at 70
. A band-aid ruck option at 198cm tall (yeah I know he's played mainly as a forward). Use him as back-up for Simmo and until Gus, Patto, Putt and/or Vickery or whoever we draft as a ruckman develop into genuine AFL standard ruckmen.
Anyway it's just feeling based on our past history of recycling at least one player. However if a young ruck like Rhys Stanley or Jarrad Redden surprisingly slip to 58 then the club may use 70 on Cockie instead if he's still around. We'll find out on Saturday.
