Greg Denham (hardly another reliable source) believes it's rubbish too and while we may speak to Malthouse we are interested in going with a younger coach.

His site made me laugh. Geez someone loves himself  :rollin

http://karllangdonpromotions.com.au/

Karl Langdon is one of Western Australia’s leading Sports Commentators and Radio Personalities. --- thank god for the rabbit proof fence so he can't get into the Eastern states

He was one of Western Australia’s highest profile AFL players. --- Yeah who has ever heard of Farmer, Cable, Rioli, Matera, Cousins, etc.

Karl has an incredible sporting history. --- Played school sport and footy. Yep no one has ever done that before

In 1996 he retired from football to become one of the country's most dynamic football commentators. ---- yep Goosage and Langdon are always on the money and 6PR is a must listen for unbiased commentary of games and knowledge of the names of players from non-WA teams. I can't believe we don't have them in Victoria the home of football. They rock my footy world.

Karls CV also includes TV commercials for Visa blinds and had an early morning fishing program on 6pr.He specialises in conspiracy theories that the AFL is out to get his beloved WCE

Goosage said at the Burswood function earlier this year that he barricked for Richmond as a boy....I reckon he was full of cow poo.

Caro said she believes the RFC Board has discussed the idea of Malthouse as the next coach and Malthouse would consider coming back to Richmond but she doesn't believe there is any deal. She said Micky wouldn't like working in a situation where he is in the final year of a contract and his future is still uncertain. That could change though with the Pies most likely to make a decision midyear.

True OE! It is written into his contract that he must be told by a certain date this year if they (Maggies) want to negotiate with him! I believe the date  is pretty close to the end of the season but not after it finishes so that leaves him some to talk Turkey during the seasons progress

I reckon Mick's time is up full stop. He's had a great career of 25 years as senior coach but the game is starting to pass him by. I don't understand why we would want to replace one coach who likes his side chipping along the boundary with another who has his side doing the exact same thing  :P.
