Thomson copped a footy in the crown jewels.

Clarke makes it 2 in 2 mins.

Bowdens last effort just on half time was an absolute disgrace. Todays performance is shocking. Dean Putt moves well for a big guy and has potential. Craig McCrae needs to get his match ups right. Putt should be at Full Forward.

In fairness to Joel he was dazed after copping a heavy hit to his head just a minute before that dropped mark. He stayed on but he was clearly not clear in the head.

Possies (although they're pretty meaningless the way Coburg is going short all the time and stuffing up). All defenders the main possie getters.

Connors   16
Bowden    15
McMahon   15
King         11

Only Bowden and Silvester could hold their head up. Putt took a couple of good saving marks deep in defence. That's about it. It would be better for us to stick more talls up forward and just tell everyone to go long to them. Little Carrick is harding a big target to go long to.

That should have been a mark to schulz on the lead and Connors should have stayed out of the contest  :P.

Horne goal

40 - 73

It should be this close if you call it close. Every goal is manufactured.

Schulz marks near the bounary - OOTF  :P. He could have passed it to Cogs in the square if he thought quickly enough.
