Matthew Richardson: 800 Goals 551 Behinds = 59.2% Conversion rate
Jack Riewoldt: 65 Goals 49 Behinds = 57.0% Conversion rate

Wayne Carey: 727 Goals 457 Behinds = 61.4% Conversion rate

those stats are misleading, dont count all the  total misses , OOBOTF etc

and also richos feild kicking

jack has a much better left foot kick and is a much better kick in general play

and i will bet u what u want that by the time jacks career is over he will have a better % strike rate than richo

now im not saying richo was a hack , he was a very good player but not a champion, not elite

another thing, jack is a smarter team player than richo, astburys first goal set up by jacks slap out where he tapped the ball infront of astbury running infront of goal was fantastic, richo would never have done that

there are many upsides to jack, he is a footballer and his kicking will come good

richo missed many goals from the goal square ffs  :banghead :banghead

Don't look backwards, look forwards.   :thumbsup

And even if you don't agree that he was a champion,  acknowledge that he was a popular player that kept supporters coming to the footy week after week just to watch the big guy play.

How did I know that excuse would be used.
They don't take into account any players misses, now I know Richo kicked a fair few out on the full, but certainly not enough to skew his conversion rate by a significant amount.

Bit Stupid comparing Full Forwards to  Centre Half Forwards
Carey kicked most of his goals from outside 50 or hotly contested

Richo & Rewoldt together wouldnot blow wind up Wayne Carey Ass & would be his ass kissers  ;D

his work etthic was fantastic, he was flawed but yes we loved watching him play, and im sure if he never did his kneee he would have been a total elite champion

i watched jack closely on sunday, he was very richo like

he was everywhere, covered heaps of territory, was pashionate and screwd up easy shots on goal

i just hope ppl give jack a chance, richo had his chance why not jack

Richo was a CHF more than a FF
He played a few seasons there under Fraudley, but so did Carey at the Crows

Considering the mindless baggings he gets from some of the supporters you couldn't really blame him if he did.

Maybe, as some people seem to think is the way to go, we should wait until  he is playing consistant good football and trade him while he is worth something :whistle

Option 2 will be $44 I'm told.
After attending the Centenary Gala & paying top price (which I felt was a tad too much) I think $350 for what you get is quite reasonable.

And it won't be only RFC people there.
In a time of universal deceit, telling the truth is a revolutionary act.

Way too expensive. To me, it's not about whether you can afford it but if it represents fair value.
I'd rather upgrade my membership. Who gets the money?
It's that simple Spud
"I discussed (it) with my three daughters, my wife and my 82-year-old mum, because it has really affected me … If those comments … were made about one of my daughters, it would make the hairs on the back of my neck stand up. I would not have liked it at all.”

Who cares X.

Its Richo's testimonial. Who cares about his deficiencies or other players. Best contested mark in the last 20 years.

Was the main reason most of us turned up to the footy for the last 15 years.
