How the fudge can the club be happy with just Chaplin and Knights?

Do something RFC! FFS !!

Typical Richmond.. Talk the talk but don't do anything when it's time to act! What happened to that doozy that we were promised?

The problem is this is the trade period.
We have no picks to trade.
We only have maybe Gus as a possible worthwhile trade out.
Pick 50 might get Jesse White or Stefan Martin but probably not enough for Clarke or Hansen.
Pick 31 might get Gysberts, Jacobs or Thomas but it'd be competitive.

We must wait till the next FA period to get players in for free, like Cook, otherwise wait for buyers.

The river dry's up at 25.....picks 29 and 31 are worthless :shh

People been talking up this draft for years.

Miller would have been so handy going into 2013.

I would of been publicly lynched on this forum for a thread like this.......dare I say it......I agree though....not about Miller though :thumbsup

Well considering there is still two weeks of the trade period to go some have probably gone a little early on this but at the same time exactly what were people expecting??  I'm not sure there's been anything out there that we could have realistically had a crack at? Who do or did people want the club to peruse??

Most deals get done at the last minute. So wait and see there will prob be alot of late movement.

What do people think about Pick 29 for Clarke from Freo?

More trades will happen once the free agency compensation picks have been handed out.

Clarke would be a good get, he would certainly sure up our ruck stocks and could could possibly play as resting tall forward. The problem is talking him in to comming to us when he could potentially play a full season for Coburg. You would think he would only get a game if Vickery dosent return to form or if Maric goes down, thus puting him 3rd in line and in a no better position than he is at Freo.

If we ended up with one more more ruckman I would say we have had a very successful trade/free agency period. We just need that one extra position covered.
