Cummins (5 wickets) and Starc (4) ripped through the Pakistan line-up. They lost their last 7 wickets for just 20 runs  :o to be all out for 268.

Aussies 0/11 at stumps Day 3. A lead of 134 runs.

If we bat aggressive for 2 sessions we are a chance. Run rate of 4/over, push the lead out close to 400, then send them in for 4 sessions.

Doesn't appear to be our way these days

Hope they do

Yeah will probably bat all day at 3/over and send them in for 10 overs at the end of the day chasing 375 or so.

Will be a draw or loss then.

Hope not!

Problem is Starc's already bowled his one good spell for the match so we'll be at least one bowler down.... :shh

About to win the test, and subsequently the series, thanks to a good afternoon by Lyon.

Still a crap series, poor spectacle, and I wasn't too pleased with some of the captains calls.

Given the first two pitches were roads they could've just had this as a one off test match.

Anyway the Aussies won so all's well that ends well  :thumbsup. Cummins did stand up with 8 wickets for the match. Winning a series away from home is never easy especially when none of the Aussie players had ever played on Pakistani pitches before.

Kudos to Lyon to for finally taking wickets in the 2nd innings of a Test in spinner favoured conditions

Also thought Starc bowled very well without reward

Pakistan certainly targeted Swepson during the series which was a smart tactic. Seems at times due to getting smacked around the park he had no plan

Great to see Test cricket back in Pakistan but they did themselves no favours with the pitches they dished up. Unacceptable at Test level

What a tragedy.

His career was too after CA hung him out to dry.

Yep he was horribly let down by CA. They didn't back him during "monkey gate". They were too gutless to stand up to BCCI.
