Overall a very poor day by the Aussies

Bowling except for the first 30 odd minutes was poor. Leaked runs

And our 2nd innings batting was basically a rinse and repeat of the last few years

I appreciate we are nearly 300 hundred ahead but I reckon we need at least another 150 runs to be truly safe.

Yep and max half a day to do it as well IMO, need to give ourselves at least 135 overs to get them out.

India 1/41 at Tea Day 4.

Another great catch by Green off Boland's bowling. Indian crowd sooking about it but Green caught the ball in the air and had his fingers under the ball when his hand hit the ground.

Aussies fought back with two quick wickets mid-session but an ordinary last hour let India off the hook again.

India 3/164 at Stumps Day 4

Wickets to Boland, Cummins & Lyon.

Aussies lead by 279 runs.

Yep they certainly are showing they are going attack and go for the runs

Just on 450 should be enough but our bowlers showing it might not be

Makes me nervous.

Second innings we really didn't score fast enough. Would have liked another 50 runs.

Regardless it would be an enormous record breaking innings for India to win from here.

All we need is one bowler to have a good spell for a few wickets and we are home.

As long as that bowler isn't Cummins and all the wickets are from no-balls. :banghead

Aaaand it's over.

Boland with the breakthrough.

Lyon and Starc cleaned up the bottom half.

Well done boys, very proud.

Head and Smith great centuries but special mention to Carey IMO, scored 100+ runs and looked excellent keeping wicket.

The Kohli wicket is the one.

Once he went it was a matter of time

And agree Andyy; Carey was superb
