Geelong shopping for a ruckman I'd say.

And rightly so but fmd Gawn is having a game for the history books.

What a player.

“Jordan Clark (is) keen to head home for a lack of opportunities back to Perth, likely Fremantle.

Quinton Narkle would consider offers elsewhere, he was only an emergency tonight,” Ralph said.

“Charlie Constable just desperate to play elsewhere, he’s too good for VFL.

And swingman Nathan Krueger is being courted by Collingwood again.

Dunno much about Krueger but always handy to have a swingman...presuming he's any good...not getting games ahead of Collar Jazz Knee suggest he probably ain't... :shh

Would prefer Constable to Narkle...and I don't want Constable... :shh :shh.

Jordan Dawson most likely to land at Port Adelaide - 12 months after Aliir Aliir made the same move. Sources say Dawson wanted to stay a Swan but player & club couldn’t find common ground on contract amid salary cap squeeze. Adel-Syd cost of living difference said to be a factor.

Tom Mitchell (Hawthorn)

He’s going to be a really interesting watch,” Sam Edmund said.

“It might be the case of Lachie Neale off the table and Tom Mitchell on, I think he’s far from certain to stay at Hawthorn and think he’s fairly keen to move on.

“Watch this space on Tom Mitchell.”

Jarrod Brander (West Coast)

“He’s still waiting to learn his fate at West Coast,” he said.
“I believe Geelong has an ongoing interest in Jarrod Brander, he was a boarder at Geelong Grammar before being drafted high and I’m told there’s an ongoing interest there. The Cats think they can turn him into something special.”

Daniel Talia

One of the most experienced delisted players on the market, the key defender was unable to add to his tally of 200 games at Adelaide this year due to knee and foot injuries. If his body is right, Talia could well be the icing on the cake for a side, able to lock down on some of the most powerful key forwards in the competition. At 29, the two-time Therabody AFL All-Australian should still have plenty to give.

Club-defining calls and tricky negotiations: Every AFL club’s burning trade question

RICHMOND

They’re loaded with picks for the first time in years; how many do you trade and how many do you keep?

Compared to the past five years, the Tigers are now in unfamiliar territory.

Not only did they miss finals this year, they’re now approaching a trade period with a stacked draft hand that includes two picks in each of the first, second and third rounds.

The Tigers could also add more picks to their arsenal should Callum Coleman-Jones (trade) and/or Mabior Chol (free agency) ask to move to a rival club.

That would give the Tigers ample scope at the trade table to add players to a list still seen by experts as flag contenders next year, yet it would also present them with a golden chance to regenerate via the draft.

Considering their predicament, you’d expect the Tigers to retain the majority of their early picks, but they’re arguably better placed than any other club to strike a juicy deal for a big fish, should one emerge.

At this stage, though, there’s not a lot of big fish for sale.

Tom Mitchell to Richmond for their two top 20 picks but not 10? I think they have 11,16
Quote from: Continental Tyres AFL Trade Whisperer
I don’t believe Mitchell has officially requested a trade, but I think 11 and 16 would get it done if he did

Please do not use any draft picks for Mitchell

Go to the draft. Free agents only

I pick they are trading Mitchell as he is not in their premiership window and still has currency.

Picking him up would be a grave mistake imho

:propeller
Seems some nuffer on Facebook is now claiming Kmac & a pick for Steele  :wallywink.

Kmac just re-signed for two more years and the Saints aren't giving away Steele.
