Who is your preferred Caretaker Coach? Anyone but Wayne Campell, probably Rawlings as he has a good relationship with the kids at Coburg

Do you want to Tank or Win? I hate to say it but definitely tank. If GC17 & West Sydney weren't compromising the next few drafts then I'd probably say otherwise. It's not the loss of Pick 1 to Pick 5, it's the extra pick at the end of the 1st round that makes the difference,

Would you play the best 22 or drop Brown, Simmonds, Bowden and play kids? Drop all of them except Cousins, then resign Richo & Cousins for next year before the new coach is appointed.

Would you play Kane Johnson if he was fit? No

Whats your caretaker 22? Same as last week except drop Simmo, Bowden, Brown & White (inj) bring in Graham, Rance, Coughlan & maybe McMahon, but only to try and get his trade value up. We may be able to get Port's 2nd rounder off them at the end of the season for him if we're lucky. Even if we have to throw in a pick with him to get it done.

We can't hide away from the fact that our list with or without the 30+ group we have not shown a sniff of coming close to final let along beating a top 4 side let alone beating the best side in the comp to win a premiership.

When Brett Deledio is 25 years old it will be the 2011 season. We'll have a significantly stronger list when Brett has matured and has playing around 150 games. Bowden, Richo and Cousins will all be retired. In this period it is more important to see if Gourdis can play.

If Kane Johnson didn't get injured would Collins have got a shot? Maybe not?

To naivly discount youngsters is just football suicide.

Schultz and Pettifer haven't shown a lot after being nurtured under the wings of Richardson and Brown.

- I'd like a relationship to blossom between Gus and Vickory/Browne or Patto over having Simmonds amazing expereince of nothing helping Gus along.

- I'd rather have Morton Nahas and Riewoldt run away learning teh ropes and there limits, strngths and weaknesses at AFL over seeing Brown play out maybe 1 more season max. Add Gourdis to be tried as well as Vickory.

You've just argued my point. Our younger players ARE too under developed. The only way to further there development is more game time and responsibilty at the elite level along with a development coach.

How is having Brown, Richo, Cousins, Simmonds, Johnson and Bowden taking up 6 spots in the best 22 going to help any development of the entire group. That leaves 6 players playing VFL when they could be advancing with there fellow teammates and learning the game.

My preference certainly would be for the new senior coach to bring his own support team with him for an entire clean slate so if we're doing a full clean out then there should be a FULL cleanout
