Tigers have come in from $4.50 to $3.80 with the bookies.

Same mate who posted the earlier info from WA training had this to say on Tiger-Talk tonight:

"Seems cogs was asked by the blade 4 weeks ago when he wanted his
farewell game whether in front of the richmond fans or in his home
town. He told the blade he doesn't want a farewell game but if he Is
to be cut then he wants to get a game on his merits not just to say
goodbye"

He knows the family personally so fair chance there is something in it.

Another poster also quotes a reliable source saying that Coughlan and Brown have been told it is their last game in the Yellow and Black.  Don't know the poster so can't comment on his reliability.

I find this difficult to believe! It is neither Rawlings nor Hardwicks decision yet who gets the chop!

rubbish.  Hardwick should have a major influence on which players fit his gameplan and which don't and therefore who has a future.  He should hold the list in his hands but he must have a major influence.

There is an operaritive word in there TA, it is YET! I dont think Hardwick should be making these calls just yet and it appears he didnt. Seeems as though others made the decision earlier! Good call though Smokey! I stand corrected!

Not saying anything new but Silvester is too slow. If Lynch can outrun you you know you're slow.

This will be a 100 point thrashing tonight. Playing like we don't care. Just kick and mark when we actually can hit a target. No playing on and supporting each other whatsoever. Mind you having a centre square of Jacko, Thomson and Cogs must be the slowest in the AFL. We're getting smashed in the contests and stoppages. We look so small too.

The way we have played so far we'd be lucky to get within 10 goals despite the Eagles wayward kicking for goal.

Eagles  4  8  32
Tigers   1  2   8

Gees our skill and decision making is as so so poor.
Poor Dimma has a huge job.

There's one thing being no good it's another to not try and not give a stuff. The Eagles are a bottom 5 side who we have beaten this year. We're playing like it's the last game of the year and thinking about Mad Monday. Our gameplan btw needs to be chucked out and rebuilt as well.

Lids is the only Tiger who looks like he has AFL skills. Cogs trying his best in his last game.

Let it go guys. Our season will be bookended by 10 goal plus thrashings. Thank God it is round 22 and the hope I have in my footy club can return at the moment the final siren sounds tonight. My spirits will rise knowing season 2009 will be over.

As WP said in another thread I actually had some enjoyment in 2007 despite some of the floggings we copped whereas this year I have had no enjoyment since RFC wise since the RFC ran out to play Carlton on the 26 th of March.

While I'm ranting Polo gets pinned for deliberate rushed and Eagles kick a goal. :banghead

The end of our season 2009 cannot come too soon.
