There's a bloke called Alex rance that is chalking up votes like he s shelling peas  :shh

Yeah but he missed what 6-8 games, to big is the gap. Will come home with the proverbial wet sail though.

As for Dusty, simply a star.

We're lucky to have him  :clapping

hard to believe so many turned on him during the negotiation process.

But he could've cost us Conca had we caved....

AND his brother!!

I think there should be a public auction in king street for interrsted clubs held by his manager Ralph. "Blue chip investment in the dress circle of AFL football"
“I find it nearly impossible to make those judgments, but he is certainly up there with the really important ones, he is certainly up there with the Francis Bourkes and the Royce Harts and the Kevin Bartlett and the Kevin Sheedys, there is no doubt about that,” Balme said.

Dustin is probably worth $700k tops a year. People shouldnt lose sight of the fact that we have a salary cap to keep and that we need 3 or 4 more quality players to be any good. We cant afford to pay 1 player a million a year it would stuff up our payment structure.

Negative Ramps

All the best players are paid close to a mil. In a world of free agency lock in your stars, and manage the other duds who are stealing 3/400 k a year for doing nothing

800k is fair for dusty IMO and if the club doesn't then good luck finding another match winner like him

If you get rid Grigg chaplin Newman king houli. Should be replaced by draft picks on min wage.

You can afford to give the best players big money. And have enough left over to get a gun

What is up with Dusty anyone know?
His form has been great but that was one of his poorer games of the year on Saturday.
Hardwick mentioned he was sore but any idea what the injury is?

hahahahahaha +1 on this. Like when he single handedly smashed Nth in a half of football only to be weighed down by the rest of the team

I have to say that passage of play (right on 3/4 time) was one of the most pulsating moments in football I have seen in a very long time.
To see Dusty beat just about the entire Essendon backline by himself just took my breath away.

What a shame time ran out and Gordan was denied the goal.
