I agree with you there smokey, don't like seeing or condone the carry on, on the streets of the US or other places but I certainly can understand why they are doing it.

Having been to Ground Zero and the 9/11 memorial (one of the most humbling experiences of my life to be honest)believe me I certainly understand it

For sure WP.  I understand it, I've been to a war zone and had to pick up the detritus (literally), I have a son about to leave for one and something I've learned in all that is there is nothing to cheer about.  It's not a football game, there are no winners.
