Has injury problem with his heel, will have cortezone injections next week, could be serious problem.
They were know until heel is injected and allowed to settle down
Sounds like bone spurs! Very nasty, i had them and needed cortisone injections! Hurts like hell!
They can also get specially moulded heel supports and use anti inflamitaries! They are genarally caused by repetitive impact on hard surfaces or ligament tears and the bone grows from where the ligament tears from the heel!

It's not due to saving his sister from that falling tree, is it?

Also, jacko, are you hutchy?  You seem to know a bit too much about our players' personal lives.  ;)

Well if he is he knows jackstarpoo because he said McGuane wouldn't play and then he said he was underdone, well he played and he played very well so........

All I said about Mcgaune was this, he spent a week in hospital after a knee in he groin.
Was behind in his preparation and had missed a bit of valuable training.
he did play on Brad ottens who has had basciallly NO pre season after a boating accident at Xmas time.
he wil play round 1 although might be a bit under done.

Look.
He actually said he wouldnt play.
Believe what you want, he thought he at least needed an extra week of training.
Things change dont they.
Might also say we have a had a recent history of playing guys who have been injured or recovering from injury way too soon.

would think in general discussion with a group of people aint no big deal.
Especially when people who work in hospitals etc etc know who comes and goes as well.
All common knowledge.

Its like the  little "'allercation between the Calder Cannons and the Tiges a few week ago.
There is a reason players were up at 4.30 in the morning, LOL :shh

My sources tell me Astbury is fine and will play this week vs scumwood...

Also, worst case scenario (at this stage) for Foley is he will miss the first 6-8 weeks of the season propper...

An injection?

I find that extremely hard to believe that a developing KKP is given a jab to get up for a NAB Challenge game in his first season..
