Grimesy looked and moved more like his pre-injury self last night. What did everyone else think?

Totally agree. Was really attacking and intercepted the footy numerous times too. Reads the ball so well. Play quite high too which intern, when he got the footy off the Bombers he kicked inside 50 for us..
The entire backline really jelled well together. Exciting times ahead.

Was thrilled. He obviously just needed some game time. Coming good at the pointy end.

Improving with each game, and his not even as good as I remember. Hopefully there's still a lot more improvement left :thumbsup

AUDIO: Dylan Grimes on SEN

* Everyone knows what kind of a character Choco is and how much of influence he's had on us. Every player at the club would not hesitate in saying that they would love him to stay on. At the same time, we've had some coaches like Justin Leppitsch move on and we wish them all the best with their journey. We're a club that's looking to move forward and we're trying to bring everyone along with that challenge, so I'd love for him to stay and I hope he does.

* The body is pretty good. I haven't got too much to complain about this early in the pre-season. I think it's the fittest I've been in my career, starting pre-season, and I'm rapt to be out on the park at the moment. It’s third day in, so things aren’t getting too hard at the moment, but I’m sure they’ll pick up.

I have my fingers ( and toes) crossed but there are four certainties in life.....death , taxes , jackstar will reappear after a loss and Grimes will definately break down.

I really hope the football gods are kind to Dylan and Chris Knights .

Gun - unfortunately held together with tape.
