You couldnt possibly play Graham or Browne next week.
Forget about Rance as well.
Would be playing Tuck next week and possibly McMahon at the dome.
Did I just say McMahon :banghead.
Thats how bad we are
What happened to Richmond "surprising" this year?

My analysis is this.
The comp is made up of 3 teams that are well ahead of the rest. St.Kilda Geelong and Western Bulldogs.
about 5 goals behind them you have the following. Collingwood, Brisbane, Essendon.West Coast, Hawthorn Adelaide and Port.
Another  5 goals behind them you have Carlton ,North ,Sydney.
And behind them again you have Richmond, Melbourne and Fremantle.

We will surprise, we wont win the spoon, although we have fallen way behind the balance of the competition..
The gap between the bottom 3 teams and the next level is huge, as we seen on Thursday Night, we got flogged by Carlton who aint going make the finals

In: Post, Graham, Astbury
Out: Moore, Simmonds, Hislop

Bring in players we badly need and remove players we don't really need. No point dropping players we need just because they had a bad game eg. Tambling, Edwards, Nahas

in browne taylor post king astbury and another kid, donmt care who it is

Does not compute.

king can kick for goal, far better option than nahas and hislop as our small fwd. kings kicking is better than richos, how many games did richo play?????

Couldnt possibly play Nahas again, they are kidding themselves.Any player who doesnt attack the ball when in dispute but look at his opponents arent going win you many games, it certainily wont win you a final.
As for Richard Tambling, trade at years end.
Is never going to make an impact on a game
Cant have players trying to grab a ""hot ball"' with one hand.
At least with a Hislop, not much ability but will do everything to win the ball in dispute. Credit where its due for Tom :thumbsup
And Tom is only 21.

on rare occasion I agree jack, nahas has been found out at the level, not up to it...we have heaps of options for his spot...id even prefer Matt white, collins you name it...Tambling is now stuffed, I would be holding off on contract talks and angle a trade to GC...yep kleave Hislop in the side, more midfield grunt instead of lead up forward that was stupid

until we get the structure right up forward its going to be tough. that means we have to wait for griffiths and astbury to join riewoldt and morton then add taylor and roberts if we have that forward line in r22 and its working then there is some hope for the future.

I really don't think we will see a lot of changes, Hardwick has already said that he won't be dropping players every week just because of 1 bad game....... unfortunately.
DIMMA - You will be held ACCOUNTABLE...

“We are really excited about what we have brought in. We have got great depth of players that can take us where we need to go. We are just putting some cream on the top at the moment,” he said.

What's the point chopping and changing now. Give the same team a tatse of a top team. Let them see what really is required.
Sure make changes though the season but we are inexperienced as a team and need a bit of stability around the place, give the kids 3-4 weeks minimum and if they are still struggling then rotate them through.
Just don't send them back to Coburg seconds  :banghead Yes I understand Astbury was coming back from injury since it has been posted but we have done it and worn it too much in hte past.
If there is any way we can afford a Richmond 2's it has to be done otherwise there may not even be a Richmond 1's in 10 years time  :banghead

im pretty sure he'd realise there were structuaral probelms we faced as in no bugger could take a mark aside from Jack...that needs to be addressed, whether Nahas and a couple mof others get a reprieve is another matter

I've only watched the replay up to midway through the third quarter but I still can't see why we are dropping Hislop even on second viewing.

His tackles stuck and I don't think I saw more than one skill error from him.

I don't rate him but Hislop cannot be dropped based on Thursday's performance.

Agreed, some people just love to hate him
At a time when we are screaming out for some really agressive players who will stick tackles and protect their team mates. Hislop will do that. Happy to leave him in for the rest of the year so we can make a proper judgement call on him moving forward.
