There was a gap from Feb 26 to March 9 that year in the RFC site updating the membership tally.

So the 02/03/2009 number would be ~36k.

It looks like we are growing at 250 per day. So with 20 days to go we should be around the 40-41k mark heading into round 1.

I actually thin 41k at the start of R1 would be really disappointing. Hopefully the numbers can increase and we can around the 45k by the time R1 comes around. That would give us a good chance at 50k by the end of the membership campaign. The number is disappointing because we've found 6000 new members so far, that means we have a very big number of members from last year who havent purchased memberships yet.

Think we'll sell a few on the night of the game. Hopefully we're at least 42,000 by Round 1
