HUN listed Carlton first so I'll take that to mean it is a Carlton (rightly) home game

We've had it as our home game the last 2 years so it's their turn and besides the last time it was their home game in round 1 we WON  ;D :thumbsup

From 3AW tonight...

Essendon have 14 FTA games and 8 Fox games

Collingwood, St Kilda, Geelong and Carlton have done well when it comes to Friday night games.

Collingwood playing Port Adelaide round 1. So that means Brisbane plays Fremantle.

The Tigers remain hopeful of an MCG-friendly fixture for next season to be announced on Friday.

With a home game against Port Adelaide in Darwin and another against the Gold Coast in Cairns, Richmond has requested the rest of its home games at the MCG. It looks sure to play Carlton in the season opener.

Grand-Finalists will play twice in a season from now on.

Geelong vs North Melbourne in round 7 at Etihad.

Hawthorn travel interstate in the first and last rounds.

North Melbourne will get one Friday night game, 5 Sunday twilights plus 13 games shown on Foxtel, 3 on Seven and 5 on Ten.

Hey Caro, how about shut the f up about Richmond's draw?  Didn't you do enough damage and learn your lesson last year?

I reckon she hasn't a clue smokey or she would have said what we've got because she cannot help herself ;D

Last year the info was leaked to her and she reported it, I don't blame her. I blame the person who told her what was in "draft" draw that's what got our draw changed

Yeah, you're probably right WP but I wish she would just butt out.  If she doesn't know then say nothing.  Adolph D would be all over an opportunity to play his ego games by jumping on a stupid uninformed comment like she made.  And if it wasn't uninformed then she either hasn't learned a thing or is being deliberately vindictive, knowing the likely outcome.  Or more likely just doesn't give a stuff what wreckage she causes to who, as long as it gets her articles read.  :banghead

If we didn't have the regular season opener against Carlton we would have been off to Perth in round 1.

The Eagles had been keen to play Richmond at home in Round 1 to mark the 25th anniversary of their first game, also against the Tigers, but will have to make do with the Kangaroos first up.

Round 1

Carlton vs Richmond            @ MCG,  Thursday Night, March 24  ........... So an away game for us.
Geelong vs St Kilda              @ MCG,  Friday Night, March 25
Brisbane vs Fremantle           @ 'Gabba,  Saturday Night, March 26
Collingwood vs Port Adelaide  @ MCG
Essendon vs W.Bulldogs         @ Etihad Stadium
Adelaide vs Hawthorn            @ AAMI Stadium
Sydney vs Melbourne             @ SCG
West Coast v North Melbourne @ Pattison Stadium (Subiaco)

Bye: Gold Coast
