Tigers won't relentBy Jennifer Witham
Mon 22 Aug, 2011The 23-year-old said the move to Punt Road had made him a "more rounded player" after he requested to trade in his navy blue strip for the yellow and black.
"I had to work on aspects of my game in the off-season and have a sit down with [ruck/midfield coach] Brendon Lade and Damien and see how they wanted me to play and where they wanted me to play," he said.
"It's been good. I had to get used to the way the game plan is, because there were some changes from club to club, so it was more about getting the ball the way we wanted to move it and defensively how we wanted to set up.
"The quicker I could learn that, the better it was."

"I've fitted in pretty well," he said.
"The body is holding up well and I'm enjoying it. It's good to be considered a vital cog in the team and to be a leader as well.
"They targeted three mature players and we've gelled well together and it's been good fun."
