ah even fjs much lauded first round picks are coming under justified scrutiny. we have had far too many misses with far too many picks yet the club talks fj up as doing a fine job.
 
makes me wonder who does the reviews of those in charge, because whoever it is, is doing a lousy job or is one of the boys.

I  think Reece offers a lot to the team,namely hardness and aggression,also an ability to win his own ball.However what lets him down  badly are  his kicking skills and more importantly his  decision making.Not sure how you go about fixing  his decision making.

I like Lambert and have for a few years but come on claw, Conca every day of the week in all areas of the game.
