I cannot stand players that want to play this game but are to scared to put their body on the line every second of every game. That is the minimum we should expect.
To add to that he plays for SuperCoach points, not willing to back his foot skills to benifit the side, preferring to kick it backwards and sideways.

I'm no fan of Conca but he is willing to crack in and even though his skills aren't elite he still is willing to take the chance of moving the footy our way, knowing that it may not come off and potentially making him look bad but has a go.

No other coach in the league would let Bellis get away with being so insipid.

I recon if he just new his limitations he could be a valuable "roll player" but it's when he tries to be a bit fancy that's when he turns it over.
He needs to be the hardest worker out there and create real pressure with his attack on the footy and the player with the footy,  then when he does get it he needs to give it first go and to someone who is more compident using the pill.
