The comebacks continue. Conca has played three, six and six games in the previous three seasons because of injury and form. He has played all four games this season. Against Brisbane it was his most ranking points (112) and disposals (26) in a game since Round 7, 2014. He has become a centre-square player for the Tigers in the past two weeks. Conca has attended 36 centre bounces the past two weeks against Hawthorn and Brisbane, equal second most with Dusty Martin and behind skipper Trent Cotchin.

He showed up again tonight.

21 touches (12 contested) and 9 tackles. Some might not like him, and his disposal could still do with some improvement, but he is giving it a damn good shake at the moment.

Getting better but still lacks real footy smarts, dinky handballs to guys under pressure and blindly bombing it long is the biggest knock on him still.
Just needs to get a bit more composure in his game and he might turn out ok!

He’s slippery in close but as everyone else has mentioned his disposal is pretty average and a few tonight were lucky they weren’t more costly.
