Noticed plenty of times in this game and others that he puts in a fair dinkum attempt to shepherd when he is originally out of the contest. Watch closely. He burns off players and makes him look fast so you probably don't think it's him but he only looks fast cause he is the only one trying

yep and for the most part I find he does more of the one percenters like blocking & shepherding

Its no coincidence for mine, that our backline has became a better functioning unit from the time he became a regular part of the back 6/7 about mid last season

I know Dimma uses Batch as a 3rd tall but it's not a great match-up 1-on-1 when North are playing 3 KPFs and playing Waite deep. Batch should be pushing Waite up high where Waite's goalkicking is unreliable.
