When can the members expect the RFC board to address us in relation to the outcomes of the 5 year strategic plan released in 2010?

It was already answered by Peggy in her web chat:

"The board and management were aware that when 3-0-75 was set in 2010, they were ambitious goals. We should never apologise for that - it was time for this club to demand more of itself. The progress has been very positive as we have retired $5m in debt, grown membership by more than 20,000 and played finals last year. The job is not yet done and we will continue to challenge ourselves throughout the Club."

In non rhetoric speak, the translation is we failed to meet our strategic goals but we did ok.

Or the supporters did their bit (again) but we basically have let them down on and off field (again)
It's that simple Spud
"I discussed (it) with my three daughters, my wife and my 82-year-old mum, because it has really affected me … If those comments … were made about one of my daughters, it would make the hairs on the back of my neck stand up. I would not have liked it at all.”

I have questions that I would like to see the President of the club answer honestly - and its these

Is the Richmond Football Club proud of the last 34 years of its existence?
Are you proud of our ongoing failure in 2014?
Are you proud of the 3-0-75 plan that the club failed to achieve?
How can this administration be proud of anything when its hardly achieved anything?
How can this administration look the supporters in the eyes with honor and integrity when they have wasted hundreds upon hundreds of thousands of dollars on rejects and hacks from other clubs?

In all seriousness the entire club administration should be ashamed of its performance and thats the honest view of a majority of our supporters whether you like it or not at the club.

Hi RFCO,

As members, how would we go about removing the senior coach?

Cheers,

TBR

I reckon we can get some decent crowds for the remainder of the year if we beat port this week. We've beaten Carltank, GWS and st Kilda. We need to beat a decent side

Must put everything into winning this game! Whatever it takes !

RFCO, will there be a fan forum at the end of the season where senior members from the football dept. attempt to justify the mindboggling match committee selections and press conference statements made this year that either contradict each other or seem devoid of reality - i.e. shortsighted and seemly oblivious to where the team and list is at?

I know you can't comment on onfield matters RFCO, however IMO, the footy dept. and the supporter base are 180 degrees apart on the current direction of the team/list and the gamestyle/gameplan. The club continues to dish up sub-AFL standard slop on-field (yes SLOP! even against other bottom sides) and based on tonight's selections continues to favour slow skill-less spuds like Thomas and Hampson over playing youth and the whole list, in some weird, deluded and desperate groundhog day attempt to pinch meaningless end of season wins that take us nowhere aside from screwing up our draft position  :banghead.

We will be having a fan forum yep, thought we should bring it back. We'll be releasing info shortly.
