I would rather play them at full strength, but anyway if Mitchell is out so be it we have our backline out. Edwards one step away from Coburg.

Now we have let them get out to a 5 goal to 1 lead we can go goal for goal for the rest of the day... Honestly this is what I was speaking about earlier, we just can't afford to keep letting teams get the 3-4 goal jump on us 8-10 minutes into the first qtr...

Really this is the Carlton game all over again....Difference, the Hawks are kicking straight. This is about where we are at, a long way off.

We need to score one or two quick goals here. Otherwise it could get more uglier current score 57 - 9

WA the main difference tonight is the quality of 150 the hawks are getting along with the Buddy factor. We have been completely outclassed by a top
4 side. The most disappointing aspect of tonights game (so far) is that their attack at the ball has left us looking gun shy.
“I find it nearly impossible to make those judgments, but he is certainly up there with the really important ones, he is certainly up there with the Francis Bourkes and the Royce Harts and the Kevin Bartlett and the Kevin Sheedys, there is no doubt about that,” Balme said.

They want it we don't. When we get it we can't pick it up. Hawks have experience & sure hands. This is going to be a real thrashing. We are really geting our pants pulled down here.

Was going to go tonight. Got half way to the tram stop in Bridge Rd and was saturated despite all the wet weather gear I could muster. Turned round and came home. Glad I did. It's hard enough to watch on the telly. Tigers just haven't shown up at all tonight either. Playing dumb, lazy, disinterested footy. Second to the ball all the time. Sick of this. Thirty years of this crap.

Burgoyne is BOG for mine. I don't think he had a player on him all night.
