How about looking at Ivan Maric in a swap for Edwards who is from SA I believe. :-\

We need a ruckman. Adelaide have alot of ruck options and have McKernan on their list who is untried also.
May be something to look at. May not cost that much and may give us something in the ruck. Still only 25.

id rather McKernan...is sellars any good

No idea BJ was watching the Showdown and just had a thought. Maric played well tonight hence I brought him up saw that he was 25 and thought it may just be worth looking at.

held his own in the adelaide team at times and should just now be starting to play his best footy. if he's not up to it you'll know pretty quickly.

I'm against drafting a ruckman under 2m. An athletic 203cm+ is what we need. A tall ruckman who can jump

Would have to question whether the interest in Jackson Trengove is warranted after watching him today pull out of chasing a bloke because he'd dislocated his finger - not a great look

yay lets draft another bloke who hasn't got a defined position.

Dont want anyone from Port apart from Boak.

That and his kicking action is eerily similar to Luke McGuane!!

Hartlett maybe but IMO Boak is the only one i would trade for but even he would be too expensive so pass on all Port players, especially Trengrove.

I can see his kicking inefficiency working a treat down at Punt road.

Why waste our picks on him when free agency could deliver us someone better for free.

Trading for Trengrove could make it or break it for Hardwick

Hartlett.

Hartletts legs are made from play doh
“I find it nearly impossible to make those judgments, but he is certainly up there with the really important ones, he is certainly up there with the Francis Bourkes and the Royce Harts and the Kevin Bartlett and the Kevin Sheedys, there is no doubt about that,” Balme said.

Still think Trengove will be on our radar...one bad game doesn't change the fact that he is 20 years old and better than some of what we have at the moment.

I've watched paid a little more attention to him over the past few since he's supposedly been on "our radar"

Have to say I haven't been impressed, kicking is ordinary, attack on the footy non existent at times, tackles don't seem to stick often enough & appears to lack intensity ............. based on that

He's a shoe in to get to Punt Road  :rollin
