very vaguely remember him.

odd that as he apparently kicked a winning goal for us.
Here's the final moments of that game where Ben Hollands kicked the winning goal:

Bailey Lambert, the son of former AFL star Craig, kicks five goals as @NobleParkFC defeats Norwood to go to 3-0. The Bulls are on the charge in Eastern Premier.

Among Australia's eye-catchers were vice-captain Elijah Hollands, who hails from country Victoria and is the son of former Sydney, Richmond and West Adelaide player Ben Hollands.

The athletic 187cm, 71kg forward-midfielder provided consistent drive for his team throughout the match, finishing with 24 possessions, seven marks, six inside 50s and three goals.

The only blemish on the 2020 draft prospect's polished performance was his four behinds, but he was still comfortably in the best players.

Wodonga Bulldogs product Hollands is an instinctive player, reads the game well, is strong in the contest and boasts a neat step through traffic.

A student at Caulfield Grammar, he is enjoying a promising start to the NAB League season, where he averages 17 disposals for the Murray Bushrangers.

Hollands is not eligible FS.  Ben played only a handful of games with us.

Makes me feel old when ex players who are younger than me have sons who are playing U18s!!

Any word on how Xavier Naish is going? Isn't he eligible this year?

Yep, he is.

Hard to find any info about him though this year. His stats page says he only played in the first two games of the NAB League for the Northern Knights (old TAC Cup). He may be playing for his school (Ivanhoe Grammar) but I can't find any info about that either.

The only other info is from Knightmare on BF:
Quote from: Knightmare
Can play defence or wing.

Small and light at 178cm/68kg. Very outside and has yet to have an impact at NAB League level.

Will need to improve to get drafted.

He projects to become something like a VFL equivalent of Jayden Short.

Cheers...sounds like we'd only need to rookie him at best at this stage if we pick him at all... :shh

EDIT: Having said that, Knightmare's assessments aren't always on the mark. :shh :shh

Father-daughter rule?

... while another upcoming Tiwi Island star - Maurice Rioli junior's sister Maria - kicked seven goals in the Northern Territory's win over ACT.

Good things happening at historic Cheltenham FNC. The Rosellas last won a first division premiership in 1934. Now former Tiger Des Ryan has them in a second semi-final against Shane Morwood’s Dingley. By the way, look out for Ryan’s son Finn, 17. He can really play.
