To problems with that at TIO stadium

A throwback to the 1970's: beer sold in cans


hallelujah brother a proper beer in a proper container they have got something right then. full strength cans i hope.

No Claw, mids but gee it was good watching an AFL game on the fence can in hand!  Memories.......................................

sheesh i wish i had gone just for the memories. i can still remember at 16 yrs of age standing on a carton of draught  at a particular vfl gf. oh the glory days.

Were they mids smokey - I don't drink at the footy so I wouldn't know

But I did see people drinking cans of Scotch & Cola's

And despite me not being impressed with the venue

Gotta say the steak sandwiches were first rate  :clapping :clapping -even the food was a throw back to the surburban footy..... steak sangers, snags in bread  :bow

Yep, Golds or Carlton Mids was the choice WP.   Over on my side of the ground that is - don't know what it was on the toff's (grandstand) side!   ;D
