Also just back from the game and agree with Tiga and Muscles. No McGuane, No Astbury, No Grimes meant we were in trouble down back from the get go. Moving Millar down there was a stop gap clearly, but its not clearl to me what the alternatives were. Poor kicking from the Swans probably evened out the lopsided free kick count. Also agree that Houli was good for us.
One little snippet that I will relate for those of you not at the game. There was one Richmond player out on the ground well after everybody had left and most of the stands were empty. He was practicing his goal kicking under contested pressure. It was of course Trent Cotchin. You could tell that he was still burning from missing that shot in the last quarter and desperately wants to kick truly next time. I appreciate that this might get me labelled as a brightsider, but this is why I think this club is on the improve.
