jackstar, why would he want to go west???

they have a bounty on his head there, his life will be at risk if he decides to head home

i think u r fos, we all heard last trade period whispers about a trade to wce, but why the f would they want him

wce have enough small fwds and mids, and the ones they have can run all day, krak cant!!!

wce would never want him, and he wouldnt even go there because it would not be safe 4 his family

port adelaide is the place where he will go, choco tends to get the best out of indigenous players( rodan isnt indiginous but he is to fiji lol) nmaybe because choco is indiginous himself he can relate better and communicate better with them

you come out with all the bs statements but never back it up, dont worry im keeping a list of all ur rumours, and next yr i will post them all and add 1 million  :thumbsup :shh  ;)

antbody that thinks that krak has any trade curency is delusional.

He will be delisted be lucky to get another opportunity

Same currency as Rodan was at the time he was delisted and picked up in draft, might be a tiny bit better

thata what i am saying jack, rodan had no currency, he was delisted, and picked up in the 70s in the draft.
krak if anything will have less, he never did anything as a junior, rodan did ( he won 2 morrizsh medals ) and at least rodan was fit, krak never has been, and never will be

Krak might plead guilty to downgraded charge (West Australian)
« Reply #443 on: July 10, 2007, 04:15:10 AM »
The latest on Krak's court case from last week:

------------------

Krakouer family back in court
West Australian
2nd July 2007, 14:45 WST

Richmond AFL footballer Andrew Krakouer, accused of bashing a man outside a Fremantle nightspot last year, could plead guilty to a lesser charge, according to his lawyer.

Andrew Krakouer, 24, his younger brother Tyrone George Krakouer, 22, and co-accused Elwyn Roger Colbung, 19, have been charged with grievous bodily harm.

The trio have been accused of bashing fellow Aboriginal man Justin Robin Martin, 24, in a brawl outside a Fremantle nightclub in December last year.

In Fremantle Magistrate’s Court today, Andrew Krakouer’s lawyer said he was in negotiations with the Director of Public Prosecutions’ office to downgrade the charge and indicated his client may plead guilty to a charge of assault occasioning bodily harm.

Magistrate Jacqueline Musk adjourned the case for further legal advice to July 30.

Also this morning, Tyrone Krakouer and Colbung pleaded not guilty to disorderly conduct over an alleged brawl in the courtroom waiting area with members of the victim’s family in May. A trial was scheduled for February.

This morning’s court appearance was incident-free but a heavy police and security presence was put in place to stop any repeat of violence between the feuding families.

Former AFL legend and convicted drug trafficker Jim Krakouer – father to both Andrew and Tyrone – was in court to support his younger son.

Krak's assult charge upgraded (AAP)

AFL star Krakouer's charges upgraded
July 30, 2007 - 1:34PM
AAP

Charges have been upgraded against Richmond AFL star Andrew Krakouer, his brother and another man for allegedly bashing a man in Fremantle.

The 23-year-old Tigers player, his brother Tyrone Krakouer, 21, and Elwyn Roger Colbung, 19, had been charged with assault causing grievous bodily harm over the incident.

Police alleged the three men attacked 24-year-old Justin Robin Martin near a hotel in Fremantle, Western Australia, on December 22 last year.

In the Fremantle Magistrates Court on Monday, police prosector Jason Donaldson said the charges were being changed to the more serious intending to do assault occasioning bodily harm, which carries a maximum penalty of 20 years jail.

The top sentence for assault causing grievous bodily harm is 14 years.

Sergeant Donaldson did not tell the court why the charges were being upgraded.

Andrew Krakouer, who lives in Melbourne, was excused from appearing in court.

Lawyers for all three accused indicated their clients would be pleading not guilty.

"In the relation to Andrew Krakouer it is a plea of not guilty," his lawyer Michael Tudori told the court.

The matter has been referred to the District Court of Western Australia for October 22.

the perth legal system is so red necked and racial its not funny

western australia has a long way to go , they just wanna lock up anyone who is aboriginal no matter what.

upgrade the charges and not even explain why, what a crock of shi t

no wonder why krak is having such a bad year, gotta fel for him, he has a legitimate excuse as to why his mind may be elsewhere and not on footy

unlike most his teammates who have no excuses

Would we get compensation from the AFL if Krak went to the big house?

Could affect which way I want this to go.

Has a trial date been set yet? Given how slow the courts are, the Club will probably have to make a decision about Krak's footy future first with the end of the season only 5 weeks away. This will cloud any trade discussion with another club.
