Post season surgery
« on: September 11, 2011, 09:38:45 AM »
Does anyone have a list of players that have been booked in for post season surgery and if so, what injury is being treated?

It seems that a player having a full pre season is a key factor in a successful year playing. - with some pressure on our team and Dimma next year, I would've thought this will be relevamt
It's that simple Spud
"I discussed (it) with my three daughters, my wife and my 82-year-old mum, because it has really affected me … If those comments … were made about one of my daughters, it would make the hairs on the back of my neck stand up. I would not have liked it at all.”

Not an expert in this but that doesn't seem a huge list or too much to worry about for start of pre-season. Good news depending on what Conca's is. Can't wait to see him after a pre-season.

Nope. Got dropped to the ressies to find form. Just getting a clean out to get full-mobility back i believe.

According to Craig Cameron at the Fan Forum night, Griffs has not been right with his shoulder all season. When his shoulder is right (next year obviously) he'll play ahead of Miller.

I heard Nahas is having penile reduction surgery to help improve his mobility
“I find it nearly impossible to make those judgments, but he is certainly up there with the really important ones, he is certainly up there with the Francis Bourkes and the Royce Harts and the Kevin Bartlett and the Kevin Sheedys, there is no doubt about that,” Balme said.

Amazing the number of hip problems in the AFL these days

Wonder if it has anything to do with the hardness of the grounds these days... ???
