Membership
Richmond is targeting 50,000 members in 2012 (it fell just short of that figure in 2011), and has gone with 'Roar Pride, Roar Passion, Roar Power' as its slogan. The positive vibe around the club has already translated into a good couple of months for the membership department, with almost 29,000 fans signing up so far.

Ahh yep and that is the problem. RFC expect the supporters to stump up but let themselves and supporters down with stupid decisions such as hiring morons to handle their mail out.

They are doing a lot right in this area but this type of error is really just deserving of the  :banghead :banghead :banghead treatment

Vickery on the Platinum card (Sorry to all you Johnny comes!), not bragging but I am better.

If Gold gets Dusty I'll Spew Uppppp.

One household of mine has received their's now - 3 others still waiting!!  All memberships purchased/renewed prior to Dec 1st!
