FJ is the only one that makes sense.
When he first arrived I wouldn't have thought him to be a soft player but he's showing he is. Geelong wouldn't cop his half hearted efforts.Mentors, Grigg, Houli etc. have shown him the way.

By not punishing CONSISTENT half arsed efforts from houli, grigg and co the past 3-4 years, he has allowed young impressionable players to develop/copy bad habits.
