i'd trade him because of his value.

thats how you get your treloar type of deal done.

...and a player in his fourth season should be more composed

he still may grow out of it, but let someone else take the risk.
“For My thoughts are not your thoughts,
Nor are your ways my ways,” says the Lord.

“For as the heavens are higher than the earth,
So are my ways higher than your ways,
And my thoughts than your thoughts."

how many games has this panic merchant played?

it poos me to tears the amount of time he rushes his disposal under perceived pressure, when there is actually none. :banghead :banghead

He's a bloke who would bring something of value at the trade table and i would do it in a heartbeat.  he's a liability in high pressure games and can GAGF

Thank you

Have been critical of Ellis' of for along time

Yesterday was back to the bad days of refusing to go in for a hard ball for apparent fear of getting hit

The 2nd last shot at goal Freo had, the one that led to the Houli kick out brain fade was caused directly by Ellis refusing to go in and tackle a Freo bloke, refusing to go for a hard ball

I understand you need outside players and that's his main role but when it's your turn to go you bloody well go but this bloke bloody well refuses.

As for the helicopter passes  :banghead

For reasons I don't understand He'd get us a 1st rounder, take it Tigers
I'm watching the game again now and he seriously wastes nearly every possession he gets. He was actually named in our best players yesterday  :wallywink
I think I can take the mantle on the amount of dislike for this dud for the longest time.  :lol
Maybe that really interesting guy who goes through posts from 5 years ago can back me up.  :lol

Yes agree, throw him, Morris, Batch and Conca into the trade basket and we could really get some class into the team.

Well for Morris we could get a tub of KFC at least. :snidegrin

I believe Brandon to be a very good footballer, who just needs to be taken aside by the coaches to learn that he must eradicate the schoolyard kick stats from his game. I would also suggest that maybe some of the assistant coaches , rather than developing structures and video footage of such , actually identify weaknesses in players and focus in on changing those. All the structures and team rules in the world will not cover for individual errors. It's a bit like "if you build your house upon the sand......"

No it's not, it starts with "I believe Brandon is a very good footballer"
He is soft, scared and kicks the ball sideways or backwards more times than the whole Hawthorn side.
He gets heaps of poo footy.

I'd be more concerned about our capt unable to kick clutch goals.
