Just got back .
Will say this.
Dimma would be pulling his hair out at a few.
Daniel Connors ::)
Maric ?? Goes hard ,but was up against Adam Pattison who is rookied by the Hawks.
Turnovers turnovers turnovers
None of our guns played, none of theirs either
although we would of had a more senior team in
Shoemakers was probably there most experienced.
Vickery looks set for a big year.
Derickx as well.

The turnovers and poor kicking I keep hearing about (and have witnessed) from training and now this paint a consistent and very concerning picture.  >:(

The culprits need to be read the riot act and told to improve or GF to Coburg, otherwise it's going to be a long long year for us fans.

Not good enough in modern football.  :banghead

Connors is a lost cause and a complete waste of space. Has lost alot of size to the point it is now a liabilty for him. Is clearly going through the motions of his contract and will be goneski at the end.

Um...Drama Queen....FFS a scratch match worth nothing...more concerned about Lids contract... :whistle :whistle :whistle ::)

Oh yeah, nothing, gee whiz *hurls more chum*, how's that contract I know I'm super concerned  :police:

Lawlawlawlawl Edward is lighting up tha track  :thumbsup

Um ....ok...back to rehab for you DD... :jump :stupid
DIMMA - You will be held ACCOUNTABLE...

“We are really excited about what we have brought in. We have got great depth of players that can take us where we need to go. We are just putting some cream on the top at the moment,” he said.

A view of us from a Hawks fan:

Some of your blokes were having a real crack (possibly a bit more than what the agreement was), and I think Arnott, who cleaned up Hallahan was told to ease up, and ensured he made an apology after the siren.

Ben Elton also took a couple of good marks in foward line, but both resulted in poaters.
I'd say that might be just the nerves, with some confidence behind him he will show some good signs

Yeah, apparently the coaching staff taught him to play with a stoop  :wallywink

cotch plays with a stoop. it's actually advantageous, as long as you straighten up to mark, as it lowers your center of gravity

I remember reading that Emma Quayle was allowed to sit in on a recruiters meeting at Hawthorn and they were very keen on patto in the year we drafted him.

My suspicion is that he is the one player that Hardwick said he would have kept
“For My thoughts are not your thoughts,
Nor are your ways my ways,” says the Lord.

“For as the heavens are higher than the earth,
So are my ways higher than your ways,
And my thoughts than your thoughts."

Pattos stoop was accentuated when in a marking contest, I believe was recruited to be the jumping bag at training
