Just shows you can't rely on other teams to do you favours  :scream. Carlton no matter where they are on the ladder always pump themselves up when they play the Pies. Going down to just one ruckman (Kreuzer) when Hampson went down early actually helped them as it forced them to go small and with speed. The other top sides will get this game and show how speed forward of centre can split open the Pies. Harry O (is there a more overrated footballer  ::) ) and Maxwell 1-on-1 got exposed again. Wellingham will get a nice holiday for his charge on Simpson.

As for us we can still jump ahead of the Blues tomorrow if we win by more than 6 goals. We are still in control of our own destiny given we play North and Carlton. If we don't win the games that matter then we don't deserve to be in the finals anyway. Hopefully if there's one thing we learn from tonight is no matter the situation if you come to play physically and mentally over 4 quarters then you can win and win well. Likewise don't underestimate and disrespect your opposition as you'll get burnt as you can't just flick a switch.

Well I suppose all good things must come to an end :(. I was really enjoying watching Carlton fail every week. I should have known they'd turn things around just as we were getting ready to play them again :banghead. And that's the LAST time I'll ever be barracking for Collingwood again, let me tell you....

Carlton will lose to Norf next week. Norf can beat good teams. Watch them lose to the poo teams though...

Saints well on top of the Bombers to half-time. Not great for us as a win puts the Saints back ahead of us.

impossible, we are mentally week and have a loser attitude while the bombers set the standard in winning culture.

“For My thoughts are not your thoughts,
Nor are your ways my ways,” says the Lord.

“For as the heavens are higher than the earth,
So are my ways higher than your ways,
And my thoughts than your thoughts."

Of course. With games in the upcoming weeks against Geelong Hawthorn Adelaide and Collingwood that winning culture will show why we are poo and always will be.

By the way they are wearing that silver strip against us in Round 22. :cheers

I hope they play as well as they have tonight on that Friday night in August. ;D

Hawks beat the Giants by 162 pts  :o.

Gold Coast were up by 3 goals on Geelong but Chapman in 5 minutes has got the Cats in front.

Just quietly I think geelong will steer the ship steady and sail off with a 6-7 goal win

Geelong just did enough and won by 14 points with no Pod and no Harry Taylor.

if we cant beat GC or the Dogs then we dont deserve finals.

Doggies are hopeless. Imagine if they didnt have Boyd.
